Refund & Returns Policy

We like to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To start the return process, please contact us at info@earthbiotics.co.uk or via our contact form. We will review your return request within 24 hours.

We’ll then send you instructions on how and where to send your package.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

A refund will be issued to your original payment method.

We aim to complete this entire process within three working days of receipt of your returned item. You can also contact us about returning an item a via our Contact page.

Damages and issues

All purchases will be sent in robust packaging to reduce the risk of any damage whilst in transit. However in the event that you receive an item which is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can look into the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.

Exchanges

Return the item following the instructions above. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
