EarthBiotics was established in the summer of 2023, with the aim of helping our customers manage their weight and stay healthy for as long as possible.

All aspects of EarthBiotics are based in Bradford, West Yorkshire. This includes the customer support team and warehouse, meaning all products are shipped from this location.

We use a wide array of electronic and physical security measures and devices to protect your personal data and payment information. All our partner payment providers are PCI compliant and all information is encrypted before transmitting using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol.

Currently EarthBiotics is completely online. In not having a physical store, we are able to keep overheads to a minimum and pass onto you the best prices and deals.

We offer a wide variety of payment option to suit your needs. You can pay by Apple Pay, G-Pay, Credit/Debit Card. For more information about payment options please contact us. 

Yes, please call: +44 (0)1274 811501 if you feel more comfortable speaking to someone over the phone to place your order. This way you can put your mind at rest knowing that there is an actual human processing your order and can help you if you have any other queries or issues.

Your transaction will appear as www.earthbiotics.co.uk on your card/bank statement.

We need your number in case we need to contact you about your order or delivery. We keep your details safe and never, ever pass them onto third parties. On request, we can remove your details from our secure database, usually within 24 hrs.

When your order arrives will depend on the delivery method you choose. If delivering to the UK, you have 2 options:

    • – Evri 24hr – Monday to Saturday Delivery (£3.99)
    • – Royal Mail 24hr – Monday to Saturday Delivery (£3.99)

If delivering to outside of the UK, we exclusively use Evri (£9.99)

You can track your order by entering the unique tracking number you’re automatically emailed when your order has been dispatched from our warehouse. Please visit appropriate courier website to enter your number and track your order. Our current couriers are: Royal Mail Evri

You can use your unique tracking number to track the progress and estimated arrival date of your order. You can find your tracking number by checking the automated email sent by the courier once the item is dispatched from our warehouse.

The delivery company will leave a calling card which you can call back to arrange delivery for an alternative day. The delivery company will try to attempt delivery the next day as well.

All successful orders placed before 2pm Mon – Fri will be despatched the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm on Friday or over the weekend will be despatched on Monday (Tuesday in case of a bank holiday).

If you’d like to return an item, simply get in contact with us via email or call us on +44 (0)1274 811501, and let us know why you would like to do so. We’ll take you through the easy step-by-step process to return your item.

You will receive a refund using the same method of payment you used to pay for your items originally, back to your original account.

Refunds can take up to 5 working days.
